Tipkala D22 KONČAR odlikuju se izvanrednim električ - kim i mehaničkim svojstvima i u skladu su sa normom IEC 60947-5-1 ( EN 60947-5-1 ). Tipkala osnovne tipske oznake 1TP22 proizvode se sa max. tri kontaktna bloka. Kontaktni blok ima dva električki odvojena strujna puta. Kućište kontaktnog bloka izrađeno je od termoplasta samogasivog po V0 ( UL94 ). Kućište aktivatora izrađeno je od legure cinka sa zaštitno - estetskim slojem ( niklano ). Aktivator se s prednje strane ploče umeće i pričvršćuje u nosač kontaktnog bloka. Kompletno tipkalo fiksira se sa dva vijka u nosaču kontaktnog bloka. Standardna izvedba upravljačkih aparata D22 nije predviđena za upotrebu kod napona nižih od 12 V i malih struja. Za primjenu kod malih napona i struja moguća je izvedba sa pozlaćenim kontaktima. Dimenzije ugradnje su u skladu sa IEC 60947. Promjer ugradnje je 22,3 mm, a minimalni raster je 30 X 50 mm. Tipkala D22 upotrebljiva su kod temperature okoline od -30°C do 60°C, a svijetleća tipkala D22 od -30°C do 40°C. Stupanj zaštite prema IEC 60529 je minimalno IP54 ( sa zaštitnom kapom IP67 ). Pushbuttons D22 KONČAR have extraordinary electric and mechanical characteristics and are in accordance with standard IEC 60947-5-1 ( EN 60947-5-1 ). Pushbuttons with basic type designation 1TP22 are pro- duced with max. three contact blocks. The contact block consists of two electrically separated ways. The body of contact block is made of thermoplast, flammability V0 to UL94. The housing of actuator is made of zinc alloy and is nickel - plated for protective and aesthetic purpose. The actuator is inserted and secured into the holder of contact block in the panel from the front. The complete pushbutton is fixed from behind by means of the two screws in the holder. Standard types of the control devices D22 are not used at lower voltages than 12 V and small current. For application at lower voltages and currents are available gold - plated contacts. Mounting dimensions are in accordance with IEC 60947. Mounting diameter is 22,3 mm and minimum distance between mounting centres is 30 X 50 mm. Pushbuttons D22 are available in ambient air temperature -30°C to 60°C ( illuminated pushbuttons -30°C to 40°C ). Degree of protection to IEC 60529 is min.
