1 SIGNALNE SKLOPKE SIGNAL SWITCHES Signalne sklopke služe za prekidanje pomoćnih strujnih krugova nazivnih napona do 690V i termičkih struja do 25A. Primjenjuju se najčešće na rastavljačima i prekidačima srednjeg i visokog napona. U ponudi su dvije izvedbe: • otvorena izvedba (stupanj mehaničke zaštite IP00) - tipna oznaka SN • sa zaštitnim limenim poklopcem (stupanj mehaničke zaštite IP20) - tipna oznaka SNL . Signalne sklopke se sastoje od niza sklopnih elemenata izrađenih od kvalitetnih umjetnih masa i kontakata od specijalne srebrne legure vrlo otporne na električni luk. Sve to osigurava visoku prekidnu moć te veliku mehaničku i električnu trajnost. Radni hod sklopke iznosi 90°, započetih 45° u odnosu na simetralu (vidi mjernu skicu) u smjeru kretanja kazaljke na satu. Podešavanje na željeni kut u području do 90°, s regulacijom od 4° i točnošću ± 2°, vrši se pomoću regulacijskih grebena za svaki sklopni element posebno. Za standardne sheme to se podešavanje vrši u tvornici, ali je podešavanje također moguće izvesti i na terenu prema posebnim uputama. Signal switches are intended for switching the auxiliary circuits rated voltages up to 690V and thermal currents up to 25A. They are usually applied for switch disconnectors and circuit breakers medium and high voltage. Signal switches consist of a number of switching elements which are made from high quality insulation materials and contacts made with silver alloy highly resistant to electric arc. This ensures a high breaking capacity and high mechanical and electrical durability. Working stroke of the switch is 90°, started 45° in relation to the centerline (see dimensional drawing) in the direction of clockwise. You can adjust the desired angle (within the range of 90°) with the regulation cams to 4° (accuracy of ± 2°) for each switching element separately. This adjustment is made at the factory for the standard schemes.
