TEHNIKE OZNAČAVANJA : ŠTIK / VEZ Vezenje nudi najčvršću i najprestižniju personalizaciju. Danas se to radi pomoću računala i zbog toga je potrebno napraviti kompjutorski program vezenja. Moderni strojevi dopuštaju vezenje sa do 12 različitih boja na istom logu. Rezultat je odličan. Može biti korišten na bilo kojem tekstilnom materijalu, ali mora imati otvor na podstavi, kako bi dao bolji rezultat. Svakako oprezno sa vodootpornom odjećom. TISAK Direktno tiskanje sa jednom ili više boja. Tinta prolazi kroz ekran sa predmetom poput strugala. Na tamnim podlogama potrebno je primijeniti prvo bijelu boju (koja zahtijeva komplementarnu boju). Tinta za tiskanje također mora biti posebna, tamnija za lakše obilježavanje ili fotografski sjajna kako bi bila vidljiva u mraku. To je najstarija i najkorištenija tehnika obilježavanja. Za manje serije, ta tehnika je napuštena, a zamjenilo ju je vezenje, koje je zahvaljujući kompjuterima postalo vrlo učinkovito. Može biti primjenjeno na velikom broju tekstilnog materijala. INDIREKTNO DIGITALNO TISKANJE NA TEKSTIL. Logo, iako u nekoliko boja, tiskan je na posebnoj podlozi ili postupkom reprografije (laser). Postavlja se na proizvod vrućim pritiskom. Taj postupak najčešće se koristi na svijetlijoj jednobojnoj podlozi (bijela ili bež). Mnoge opcije su moguće, sve dok je podloga otporna na temperaturu (oko 160°C u 15 sekundi ovisno o podlozi). Idealan proces za male serije ili kada kompleks 4 boje ne dopušta direktnu aplikaciju na podlogu. Napomena: Uvijek utvrditi mogućnost označavanja svakog modela i napraviti test-označavanje prije tiskanja serije. Attention for the respectace of the classes: it is recommended to retest a hi-viz garment once it has been marked. MARKING TECHNIQUES: EMBROIDERY Embroidery offers the most solid and prestigious personalization. Today, it’s guided by computer and therefore necessary to create a embroidery programme. The modern machines allow to embroider with up to 12 different colours on a same logo. The result is superb, indelible and enriches with highclass your support. It can be used on any textile support, but must have an opening in the lining in order to obtain a better result. Do however be careful with waterproof garments. SILK SCREEN PRINTING Direct printing with one or several colours. The ink is applied through a silkscreen with a sort of scraper. One screen per colour or per design is used with this technique. On dark supports, it is often necessary to apply a white colour first (which implies a supplementary colour). The printing ink can also be special: ”swollen” for a marking in relief, or photo luminous to be visible in dark. It’s the oldest and most used amongst the personalization techniques. For small series, this technique is abandoned for the benefit of embroidery which, thanks to computers, has become very performant. Can be applied on a huge number of textile supports. INDIRECT DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTING The logo, even in several colours, is printed on a support “special transfer” either by silkscreen printing or by reprography process (laser). This support is applied on the object by a hot press. This process it mostly used on a clear coloured support (white, off-white or beige). Many applications are possible, as long as the support resists to the application temperature (around 160°C during 15 seconds depending on the support). Ideal process for small series or when complex four-colour printing process will not allow a direct application on the support. Remark: Always valid the marking possibilities of each model and get realized a test-marking before launching the series. Certificirana odjeća, označena je posebnim piktogramom: X : otpornost na prodor vode (1-3) Y : snaga isparavanja (1-3) ODJEĆA NAMIJENJENA ZAŠTITI OD HLADNOĆE Hladnu klimu karakterizira kombinacija vlage i vjetra s temperaturom do -5°C. PROTECTION AGAINST RAIN FOR PROTECTIVE CLOTHING This standard sets the requirements and test methods applicable to materials and seams of clothing for protection against the weather, fog and soil moisture. The tests are: resistance to penetration of water (before and after treatment), évaporative strength, tensile strength, resistance to the tear resistance of the seams and dimensional changes.
